OUR Process

Step 01

Consultation and design

During this phase we will come to see you on site to understand the project and how we can best assist you. Based on our briefing we will provide you with a detailed quotation and summary of works involved.

Step 02

Planning and permits

During this phase we will investigate all permits required to construct your brick fence. We will take all the steps to apply for council permits, utilities providers permits, engineering and building permits. These may include creation of plans and engineering drawings as well as liaising with building surveyors and council representatives.

Step 03

Construction

In this phase we demolish any existing fences and clear the site for the installation of foundations and brick work. The fence will be rendered or acid washed. Your fence will then be ready for the installation of any gates and infills.

How long does it take to build a brick fence?

Usually you would allow around 4 weeks to obtain the relevant permits. For a standard size block it takes about a week to complete the brickwork with the steel infills and gates to be installed around 6 weeks later. This can vary due to demand.

What services do you offer?

We offer a one stop shop for the construction of your brick fence. From the initial design right through to the supply and install of steel fencing panels and automated gates.

Are there any specific permit or regulations for installing a fence?

Yes. Permits for a brick fence have to be looked as a case by case basis as it will vary from council to council as well as the design you are proposing. As a general rule if the brickwork exceeds 1.2m in height you will need a building permit and possibly council consent. What are the benefits of constructing a brick fence?

The benefits of a brick fence are many. Little to no maintenance, noise reduction, timeless in appearance, less subject to design trends, longevity (with current construction methods a brick fence could easily last 100+ years).
